 Patient Trial planned are as follows:

1.  Phase 1(B) Study  Melanoma Stage 4 Patients  . 2009

Recruiting has started for this trial.

An initial trial on one seriously ill patient showed after two weeks a  progressive reduction in Abdomen Tumour of 30% as measured by PET FDG uptake . There was no reduction in the extensive Liver Mets at this time.

2. Prostate Cancer Trials.

The original screening trial by Professor Peter Parsons at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research showed that NACO was effective for a range of Cancer Types including Prostate Cancer Cell lines.

Discussions with Oncologists are in progress for Stage 4 PatientTrials and NACO will be made available under Compassionate Drug Guidelines.

We are currently encouraging  trials for other Cancer types such as Brain, Lung , Breast,  Ovarian  , stomach , liver and colon etc .
